"Suluguni" cheese has the properties of traditional "Mozzarella" cheese, which is usually used to prepare pizza. Such cheese melts well and has a structure that stretches well. In the process of repeated heating at high temperatures in ovens and microwave ovens, it does not form a "glaze" upon solidification. It tastes good in salads, sauces and sandwiches. Cheese is made from pasteurized cow's milk.
