Our Lead Technologist Buhrym Oksana took part in the international SACCO System Training Program and Strategic Workshop, which brought together industry professionals for knowledge exchange, professional development, and familiarization with modern production approaches.
The program included training sessions, strategic discussions, and practical workshops aimed at deepening professional knowledge and exploring international experience. The main focus was on product alignment, dairy cultures and enzymes applications, research and development of new solutions, production insights, as well as modern cheese manufacturing processes.
As part of the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about the latest technological solutions, modern production approaches, and effective production management practices.
