HAISYN MILK PLANT LLC is located in the municipality of Gaisin, Vinnitsa region. The plant was founded in 1932. Despite such a respectable age, the company operates modern technological equipment, while preserving the old traditions and the culture of production of cheese and oils.
Over the past 10 years, the company has been completely technologically upgraded.
The shop for the receipt of raw materials was enriched with modern equipment, which carried bactofusion, separation and pasteurization, which allows you to bring milk that is purchased to the required parameters.
Fully reconstructed shop for the production of soft and hard cheeses. Modernized ripening chambers and additional storage facilities for finished products.
In the production of cheese by-product is milk serum. For many years, whey was poured out, causing significant damage to the environment.
In 2014, the plant implemented the technology of serum nanofiltration, which reduces the content of minerals, especially sodium chloride and potassium, and thus combines the process of reducing the volume and partial demineralization.
At the beginning of 2018, a factory for the production of dry dairy products was put into operation, which allowed the production of dry whey and dry skimmed milk.
Today, the technological capacities of the plant make it possible to produce 300 tons of hard and 180 tons of soft cheese, 540 tons of oil and spreads, and 360 tons of dry dairy products per month.
Geography of supplies has long gone beyond Ukraine and includes such countries as: Latvia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Egypt, Jordan, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia.
The laboratory equipped with modern equipment constantly monitors the quality of raw materials and finished products for compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards.
The company has implemented a quality management system and food safety in accordance with the requirements of international standards ISO 22000 (HACCP), received a certificate of food safety FSSC-22000.
